About us

With a wealth of experience spanning across London, Liverpool, Manchester, and Amsterdam, we are driven by a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service, fostering authentic connections, and embracing boundless creativity.

Our love of the hospitality industry began whilst studying at Manchester University and working in Manchester’s Northern Quarter. Upon graduating we moved to the cocktail capital of Europe; London in 2014, to further our education of cocktail culture. Here we worked our way to managing some of the best bars in the city, before embarking on a new adventure in Amsterdam, to manage two of the cities best hotel bars. 

Upon returning to London in 2020, we created @theremotebartender Instagram page, allowing us to continue to share our love of cocktails whilst not able to work in bars. Our aim is to show people how to make delicious, simple drinks from the comfort of their own home, removing the mystery associated with creating tasty drinks.

We have now launched Fifty Fifty Bar Consulting, a hospitality consulting service based out of Liverpool, focusing on genuine hospitality and dynamic creativity, sharing the knowledge that we have gained over the years.
